What is your shipping policy?

We provide FREE standard, ground FEDEX shipping on all purchases from this site, to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer shipping to AK, GU, VI, or PR. Shipping times range from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Oversized packages will require a request for a quote and will incur extra charges for freighting if necessary.

INTERNATIONAL

Requests to ship outside of the continental United States will be charged at full cost to the customer. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

We ship worldwide with USPS and FedEx. We will ship your purchase via the most cost-effective carrier based on the size of your order and shipping destination. Customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes required for international shipping.

What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Outside of the Box Art TM purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 7 days of your purchase date to request a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. After 7 days we are unable to exchange or refund your order.

If your painting arrives damaged, please save the original packaging, take photos of the damaged painting and damaged packaging, and email us with the photos and a description of the damage for a refund.

How do I order wholesale?

At this time, we are not taking wholesale orders. Many designers and art consultants resell the Outside of the Box Art TM Series at a higher price, typically at $400/each.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We do not offer discounts for large orders, however we have frequent special sales and promotions. Click here to sign up for Cat Tesla’s VIP mailing list to receive information about these offers.
